Registration Instructions

• Recommended: 2 builders/remodelers per foursome.
• 1 golfer = 1 attendee.  If you booking a foursome, please continue to register attendees until you have 4. 
• If unsure of who will be golfing in your foursome at the time of registration- please enter TBD for any required field.  For required emails associated with a golfer- enter your email address if the golfer is a TBD.

• If registering for a foursome separately, please write who you will be golfing with in the note field.  TBD names must be received by 7/21/2017.

Please remember until payment is received for each individual golfer-their registration is not final.

Email confirmations will be sent to the individual that submitted the registration with starting hole(s) prior to the AM/PM tournament.  If email addresses were supplied for the golfers in your group they will also be emailed.

Golfers-If you pre-purchased raffle tickets they will be in the envelopes for your foursome at registration. 
Dinner Only Attendees- If you pre-purchased raffle tickets those will be available for pick-up when you check in for dinner.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing on or before July 3, 2017 are fully refundable.  No refunds will be allowed after July 3, 2017.  Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.  Substitutions may be made at any time for confirmed registrants.  Notice of substitutions must be made in writing and sent to: emily@batc.org.
